My Name is Sara Paton

I am a transformation consultant and partner, providing consulting services to individuals and business, to help them leverage their unique human capacity and potential to create an impact in the world the way that they wish to make it.

My core belief is that we are all here to enjoy the journey called life. I believe that by recognising our own achievements and outcomes through the experiences we have, we are able to share new insight and awareness creating impact for ourselves and others enabling us all to live fulfilling and purposeful lives.

My struggles personally have been about seeking to understand how I make a difference in my own unique way and how I contribute to this world. On my own personal development journey I actually discovered the journey is the goal, the legacy I was striving to leave was already well underway, and that just being me was enough.

I discovered that the diverse and varied experiences we have creates new levels of understanding and it is through sharing these unique insights we can acknowledge our contribution and our impact the most.

This our gift, our journey shared with others, where we come together and share the insights only we were able to perceive creating change. This is our greatest impact and this is always enough. The you, you are today is a result of all you have been through, the stories through your eyes that can help create a new awareness for others.

With a background in corporate business improvement consulting, a Masters degree in Business Innovation, and a passionate desire to help people understand their unique contribution and impact, I created Outcome Focused Solution to be able to translate this learning, to different people in different ways.
